Learn how to properly inspect, maintain and protect your septic system and well. Plus, save money by getting certified to inspect your own system at home.
The class will cover:
o Septic inspection demonstration o Well and septic maintenance tips o Septic inspection certification test
If your main objective is to save money by getting certified to do your own inspection, here are the conditions that must be met. The septic system must be: o gravity fed o owner-occupied o previously inspected by a certified inspector (homeowners can do inspections every other time, alternating with a certified inspector) o at your primary residence and not part of the sale of your property.
This workshop is co-sponsored by WSU Clark County Extension and the Clark County Clean Water Program, and presented by Clark County Public Health.
