THE APPLE (presented by The Spinning Platters and hosted by Gordon Elgart)
Alphie and Bibi are folk singers from Canada in competition at a Eurovision type song contest. While there, they catch the eye of Mr. Boogalow, a Satan-like character and head of B.I.M., a huge music and entertainment conglomerate. He offers them a contract, but will they sign? In this loose reimagining of the story of Adam and Eve where the music contract is the apple of legend, will they take a bite? This camp classic features a soundtrack emulating every pop style of 1980 that will keep you moving, an art direction style that will have your mouth agape in disbelief, and a plot that will have your head spinning. A must see!
Presented with the support of www.SpinningPlatters.com, an online community of Bay Area music nerds.
