Most of us love our work! Its called working IN the business. Taking time out to work ON the business is something that often gets set aside.  All too often working "ON the business" takes a backseat to doing what we love best -- servicing our clients.

This workshop is an opportunity to work on the business and leave with an action plan in at least three areas.  Youll have a new confidence with direction, strategies and action items for making 2009 a great year!  This will free up the nagging thoughts about what you haven't done for the business and will support the work that you love to do.

When you register, you will choose three different breakout sessions from the seven listed below.  Workshop size is limited, so get your registration in EARLY to assure your seat in the sessions of your choice.

**SPECIAL OPTION: You will also have an opportunity to get a new professional picture taken!  We will have a photographer set up to take a high resolution digital for a nominal fee - see pricing options and choose accordingly.

What you believe in, you start receiving  A friend decided, believed in, and stated clearly that he wanted to be the new Presidents Poet.  Within two weeks, he received a volunteer application and tickets to the inauguration, a flight, and a place to stay in D.C. soon followed.  Thats what planning is all about: decide what you want; believe in it; state it clearly; and start acting on that intention.  The One Page Plan is a tool to help you make that happen, in planning what you want to achieve and in acting on that plan.  You'll learn how to use this tool to focus on whats important to succeed in your business.

Jon Seidel has been an independent management and technology consultant since 1979, when he founded EDP Consulting, Inc. As a One Page Plan Consultant, for the past several years, he has helped many companies and individuals focus on whats important and how to make a difference.
