Pop-up Dinner with The Village Table Supper Club
The Village Table Underground Supper Club will be collaborating on a dinner with Jon Staenberg and Hand of God Wines in an exclusive tasting menu.
This will be a six+ course tasting menu with two wine pairings and cocktail. Please feel free to bring your own wines to compare and share.
MENU (subject to change):
*Modernist French Onion (this is an hors d'oeuvres, not a soup)
Marcel Petit Compte, black garlic
*Tuna Satsivi
Georgian walnut sauce, black caviar
*Roasted Root Vegetable Soup
*Nut Salad
Pecan, macadamia, roasted brussel sprouts, pumpkin seed oil, pickled apples
*Deconstructed Steak Au Poivre
Argentinean strip loin from Estancia Beef, English peas, horseradish, cognac
*Fall Pavlova
Hard cider mousseline, meringue, ginger ice cream, plum gastrique
