Building Solutions for Toxics in Puget Sound
This workshop is the first of several workshops devoted to building solutions to address Toxics in Puget Sound and follows our Science Focused workshop on February 5th: Toxics in Puget Sound.
We will provide an overview of problem-solving architecture and tools in the morning and will kick-off our day with a presentation by Rob Bilott, the courageous attorney who brought PFOS into the public consciousness (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Bilott). Following formal presentations we will gather to discuss priorities for toxics from the community, including red flags identified on February 5th and additional ones from the larger community.
On February 25th we will offer training in MURAL, the interactive tool we will use in the afternoon. Agenda, Zoom log in and other materials will be sent to registrants closer to the date.
