oComplete form below and mail it to Megan with check enclosed. You may also pay online with a credit card just go to www.citymusiccolumbus.org and click on the Craft and Crop tab.
oA confirmation email will be sent once the registration and payment is processed.
oNo refunds will be given, but you can transfer your spot to another customer.
oRegistration and pre-payment required. Limited spots available, so it will be based on a first received, first paid basis!
