Storytellers

Storytellers is a pop-up event hosted by Eco Caters and Green Truck SD.
Each event will showcase 7 tracks from a local musician paired with 7 courses of organic cuisine. Each track is detailed by the artist followed by the chefs explanation of his dish and then finally the music is performed live while guests enjoy their pairing experience.

Each guest will receive a CD, 7 courses, 7 live tracks, and 2 home brews for $65

1. Kraken Arepa

2. Ensalada Betarraga
roasted beets, hearts of palm, mixed greens, onion sprouts,
honey beet dressing, local edible flowers

3. Smoked Pork Pibil
Springhill pepper jack pupusa, achiote roasted pork

wild mushrooms, peas, carrot, raisins, salsa asada

5. Todos Mariscos
Fresh Local Seafood Ceviche

6. Argentinian Skirt Steak
roasted root vegetables, yucca frita, himichurri

7. Nutella Plantain Cake
Caramelized plantain, nutella icing, orange crema
