Taking Your Review Feedback into a New Year
2021 is finally here and with that comes our second installment to our performance review series!
In November, we put on a panel giving ChiWIPers an overview for how to prepare for yearly performance reviews.
This January, we will go further in depth with a speaker who is an experienced career coach and a speaker who is a partner at a law-firm and is well versed in the art of performance reviews. Our speakers will provide a presentation on the tough questions and decisions made during and after the review period: how do you appropriately ask for a bonus or pay increase? how do you implement constructive criticism for the year ahead? how should you fill out self-reviews to show your added value to firm management? We will answer these questions and provide some hands-on practice which will prepare attendees for the third, workshop-focused, installment of our performance reviews series coming up at a later date.
