San Diego Beer Week is almost upon us and this is Brother's Provisions first year! We are hosting a fantasting night with Stone Brewery beers and cheese pairings.

Included with the $30 ticket:

2012 Old Guardian Aged in Wine Barrels: lots of fruitcake flavors from the wine barrel and aging, mild acidity from the wine, and some pleasant oak bitterness. Smooth sipping beer with lots of malt and wine intensity.

Suitable for Cave Aging Aged in Red Wine Barrels: a smoked black saison aged in red wine barrels giving the beer soft dry tannins, hints of plums, and a big cherry flavor.

Reason Be Damned Aged in Red Wine Barrels: big fruity nose with lots of peach and pineapple battling out for your palate. The red wine barrels bring everything together making this a complex beer.

Cali-Belgique IPA Aged in Red Wine Barrels: pre-dry hopped Cali-Belgique was aged in red wine barrels for ten months. The wild brettanomyces adds just the right amount of mouth smack while the wine evens out the palate with great character.
