The Bruery Tasting Event

San Diego Beer Week is almost here and Brother's Provisions is excited to be hosting our first beer week!

On Saturday, November 9th at 4:00 pm, Brother's will be hosting a beer and cheese pairing with The Bruery. Included in the ticket price:

Or Xata: is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a litle extra creamy character. If you didn't know better, you'd think it was carbonated horchata.

White Chocolate: after nearly a year in used bourbon barrels, the beer comes out rich in coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla. To compliment the already rich flavors of this beer, cacao nibs and fresh vanilla beans were also added.

Barrel Aged Autumn Maple: your palate will be slammed with the sweet taste of yams then a nice lingering vanilla will refresh that palate and invite you back for another taste.

Melange 1: a surprising blend of Black Tuesday and young Oude Tart; complex and coying.

Also included is an event glass and our expertly crafted cheeses that will be paired by our cheesesmith.
