Ballast Point Beer for Brunch
Start off the first weekend of San Diego Beer Week right with this amazingly epic 5 course Ballast Point Brunch! Each dish has been specially prepared by chefs Marc Liautard and Kailina Janiga to bring out the subtle nuances of each beer. Come hungry and leave ready to take on the weekend! Each attendee will receive our custom Keeper glass as well!
1st Course: Wild Boar Sausage Scotch Eggs w/Cheesy Polenta Sculpin IPA
2nd Course: Stuffed Brioche French Toast w/Fresh Berry Compote & Whipped Cream Victory at Sea w/Coconut Cask
3rd: Course: Crispy Pork Belly & Sweet Potato Hash Piper Down
4th Course: Fruit Crepes w/Mascarpone Lemon filling Wahoo Wheat
5th Course: Victory at Sea Affogato: Caffé Calabria Victory at Sea Coffee w/Victory at Sea Ice Cream
