Join us as David Charles, President, Pacific Region, DFS Group, shares the direction DFS has taken with the launch of the T Galleria brand.

In September, DFS Group, the world's leading luxury travel retailer, unveiled T Galleria by DFS in Waikiki, the ultimate evolution in the company's downtown luxury retail business dedicated to travelers. The Waikiki location is the first DFS Galleria store worldwide to launch the company's new brand identity and store concept.

About the speaker: David Charles has 24 years of retail experience with DFS. With a dual degree in finance and marketing, he joined DFS in 1989 in Australia, working in the Finance and Marketing departments. He has been director of business development overseeing store design and retail developments for the Oceania Division; vice president of business development, managing store design initiatives for the Asia Group which culminated in the development of the new liquor and tobacco retail concept for Changi Airport and the award-winning Okinawa Galleria; and managing director for Asia North, with operational responsibility for the Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Hainan stores as well as the development of the DFS Macau Galleria. He relocated to Hawaii in January 2010 as managing director.
