Linas Phillips ( Walking To Werner and Great Speeches From A Dying World) presents a video filled lecture on the art of interviewing. This 90 minute presentation will try to demonstrate how Linas has occasionally accomplished the task of capturing a person's true essence on film. Linas will candidly share deleted scenes from his films that have failed at this, often hilariously so, as well as interviews from Werner Herzog's films that have transcended the typical talking-heads interview and brought a certain spiritual truth to the screen. Attendants are encouraged to bring short clips from any work-in-progress films of their own to present for discussion and to get feedback on.
