IMC NorCal East Bay Consultants Forum December 19
Did YOU Take the HIGH 5 CHALLENGE on DECEMBER 5?
We consultants spend a lot of time advising our clients on the importance of effective communication. We exhort them to recognize their employees, strategic partners and patrons.
Yet, how often do we pause to acknowledge and appreciate one another? When was the last time you told a fellow consultant that something they did or said made a difference to you? What did you do or say to let them know how much you value and appreciate them? Have you ever thanked them for the work they did on behalf of your client?
If you didn't take the High 5 Challenge on December 5, do it now. Every day is a day for expressing appreciation. Make 25 people's day!! Click East Bay Consultants Forum ABC on the NorCal Consultant's Network. Download the Power Partner template. Print multiple copies and bring them to the meeting.
Bring plenty of business cards.

SPECIAL ADDED GIFT ON DECEMBER 19! - How to Package Your Knowledge into Profitable Products
Marty Silberstein is a gift we have all been waiting for. I met her almost 8 years ago when we were both involved with Gracenet, a networking group for women in high tech.
Marty has generously agreed to sare her experiences and suggestions for taking our IP to market.
She founded Night Owl Companion Publishing to fill what she recognized as an urgent need for practical information, insight and resources to help with the "stuff that keeps you up at night." Her experience in marketing program management, communications and human resources blend to serve this deep passion. She wears two hats. As principal of MS Marketing Services, Marty's clients have included Mary Furlong & Associates, a consultancy with expertise in the boomer-senior marketplace. Prior professional experience included ThirdAge.com and ACP Interactive.
