Join Bay Area men's chorus Voices in Harmony and special guests Bay Area Showcase this December for a fresh, theatrical take on VIH's annual holiday show!
In a season imbued with wonderful music from decades old and not long past, we can't help but chuckle to ourselves at the sheer number of holiday concerts that materialize as each year draws to a close - ours included! To many of us, the holiday season that inspires these concerts is truly the most wonderful time of the year. Then again, it's all usually a little overwhelming, what with the vigorous shopping sprees, abundance of stubborn pine needles, and general lack of parking.
Through a combination of a cappella music and a little help from our favorite holiday characters, Voices in Harmony's NOT (JUST) ANOTHER HOLIDAY CONCERT! will take you on a fun-filled journey to rediscover the magic of the holiday season that we all know and love.

** ABOUT VOICES IN HARMONY **
Voices in Harmony is a premier, men's a cappella chorus that draws members from all over the San Francisco Bay Area. A chartered chorus of the Barbershop Harmony Society, VIH seeks not only to celebrate and preserve the unique American sound of barbershop harmony, but also to deliver unforgettable performances of a wide variety of musical genres, from jazz, swing, and doo-wop to American standards, pop, and classical. In the Barbershop Harmony Society's international chorus competition, this medal-winning group has finished in the top ten every year it has competed. Voices in Harmony is a 501 (c)(3) organization, self-sustaining through gifts, performance fees, admissions to shows, and sales of recordings and merchandise.
** ABOUT BAY AREA SHOWCASE **
Bay Area Showcase Chorus is a vibrant, award-winning ensemble of women singers committed to creating musical magic in every performance. They embrace healthy competition and enjoy finding creative ways to share their passion for 4-part harmony in the barbershop style. They are dedicated to continuous improvement in a joyful environment of mutual respect, friendship, and fun. In April 2012, the chorus won its 12th first place medal in the regional barbershop competition, held in Reno, Nevada. They are looking forward to taking the stage in Honolulu, Hawaii in November 2013 to compete with 34 other Sweet Adelines chorus regional champions from around the world.
