This Ain't No Picnic: A Farm Dinnner Benefit for Slow Food Atlanta

On Sunday, November 10, Love is Love Farm at Gaia Gardens is back with another addition to their record collection farm dinner series with a Fall-inspired farm dinner to celebrate the beginnings of Slow Food and it's Italian origin. We have been blessed to have some of Atlanta's best culinarians cook at the farm, and this line-up will not disappoint. Diners will arrive at the farm at 4pm for passed hors d'ouerves from guest chefs and a farm-inspired cocktail from mixologist extraordinaire, Paul Calvert of Paper Plane. At 4:30pm, Joe Reynolds of Love is Love Farm at Gaia Gardens will give a farm overview and tour. At 5pm, our incredible chefs will each serve a course from an Italian feast four-course menu that reflects the soil and season of the farm. Guest chefs include Bruce Logue of Boccalupo, Drew Belline of No. 246, Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter, and the lovely Sarah O'Brien of The Little Tart. This event is limited, so get your tickets early. All parking will be off-site with details to be provided during ticket purchase. This event is also on grass and gravel and outside in the elements as the plants experience seasonality and time of day. Please notify us if you need any special mobility needs. Also, please do not bring dogs. Vegetarian accommodations only available upon pre-request. Please email Joe at joe@loveislovefarm.com. Sorry, no vegan options will be available, our apologies. Also, for our gluten-free friends, this dinner may feature some homemade pasta. Tickets are $90 for general attendees and $70 for East Lake Commons residents and our CSA members. This fee does not include Brown Paper Ticket processing fee. Event is rain or shine. 100% of proceeds go to benefit Slow Food Atlanta. Hope y'all can make it!
