Cayuga Chamber Orchestra Presents: Chamber Series #5
This concert features three composers that would rarely be joined together, but with each bringing a unique and fascinating musical perspective to the stage, this concert is sure to be an enjoyable mix of styles. This will be the first time our Chamber Series incorporates percussion with the Colgrass duo for violin and marimba. The Schmitt will give us an opportunity to introduce one of our newest members, filling the Second Flute chair, and the Brahms Piano Quartet is a monumental work that raised the bar for this form of chamber music.
All ticket-holders are invited to a post-concert reception in the lobby. Join us for a chance to meet and talk with the performers, as well as your fellow audience members.
