The Improv Clinic, Diagnosis and Checkup! - Improvfest Ireland
All good and self-aware improvisers have little things that bug them about the way they improvise, but unless your group has a dedicated coach or artistic director to help you over your hurdles it can be easy to feel a bit stuck.
This workshop invites you to bring the things you want to fix or find difficult - and finds ways to bust through those blocks.
It's a really positive process - not scary or critical. We discuss our personal objectives, do lots of quick scenes and then each person is given specific exercises as a bespoke prescription to help get the best out of their improvising and new perspectives to take away and play with.
If you are not sure what you want to work on come anyway and we'll find some fun new stuff for you to try out. This workshop is best suited to long form improvisers of any level.
