The Straight and The Crazy - Improvfest Ireland
It's a well known comedic relationship, the "straight person" and the "crazy person". One provides the unusual behaviour which is the source of the comedy and the other provides the grounding for the scene and makes sense of what is happening in that world.
How do you do these scenes in improv so that they are fun but so that they also avoid a nightmare trip into "crazytown"? This workshop will guide you through this well used, successful comedic device and give you improv applications so that you can make your scenes both funny and grounded.
