Burns Supper presented by whateverandeveramen. and Lark Restaurant

Burns Suppers are held worldwide annually in celebration of the great Scottish poet Robert Burns. whateverandeveramen. and Chef John Sundstrom at Lark restaurant invite you to join us for a unique take on this special event.

w&ea. will provide the evenings entertainment, singing songs inspired by Burns poetry. While enjoying the performances, guests will be treated to a one-night-only menu created by Chef Sundstrom for the event. Beer and wine are included in the price of the meal, and we'll raise a glass of scotch together with the Address to a Haggis.

Reception 6:30

Smoked salmon tartine with horseradish cream

First Course

Lamb tasting: chop, braised shank and haggis with neeps and tattiees

Vegetarian: Blue Bird Grain farm farro with red wine braised salsify and black kale
