Recordkeeping Made Easier: Strategies and Systems in 2 sessions with Atina Diffley
$5 for both sessions
Records that are concise and collect the right information are critical to farming success. In this training we will discuss record-keeping systems, what records to keep, strategies to minimize the work, and how to create records that improve staff performance and accountability. Records relating to production, crew/labor, food safety, and finances will be among the many types of records that are discussed.
As part of your registration, you will receive either the Wholesale Success Manual or Direct Market Success Manual, an $80 value, published by Family Farmed. This workshop is offered in partnership with Family Farmed, and with their generous support.
January 13 6:00 -8:00 pm CST, 2-hour Zoom Webinar with homework to complete before the next session
January 20 6:00 -7:00 pm CST, 1-hour Zoom Discussion with time for questions on the work completed
REGISTRATION ENDS January 11 (48 hour prior to the event). You'll receive a Zoom Link via email the morning of January 13.
