Couples Cooking 8 : Maria Reina
Come and join Chef Maria Reina, Executive Chef and Owner of Bella Cucina Maria. She is a graduate of the International Culinary Center, where she trained in NYC and at the prestigious Italian cooking school ALMA-La Scuola Internzionale di Cucina Italiana, in Parma. She currently works as a personal chef, caterer and in-home cooking class instructor in Fairfield and Westchester counties and NYC. Maria has a regular column called "Seasonal Chef" found every Wednesday in the Journal News and on their website www.lohud.com/food. Each week she highlights a seasonal ingredient and shares easy recipes and tips. Every now and then you might also spot her doing cooking demos at our local Westchester farmers markets
Together you and your partner will learn how to cook from scratch several healthy and delicious restaurant-quality recipes. Bring a bottle of wine, someone special, and savor the satisfaction of a home-made meal.
The class is limited to 12 couples, and online registration is required, $75 per couple.
