Chef René Redzepi, Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Noma, at Balena on 11/17
Balena is excited to host Chef René Redzepi in celebration of his newest book: A WORK IN PROGRESS: JOURNAL, RECIPES AND SNAPSHOTS.
The event will take place Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Join us at Balena as we invite our guests to enjoy some of Chef Redzepi's favorite Danish classics (prepared by Balena) and selected wines while Heather Sperling of Tasting Table moderates a Q&A with world-renowned Chef and Author René Redzepi.
Balena tickets are $135. All tickets include Rene Redzepi's book: A Work in Progress: Journal, Recipes and Snapshots.
René Redzepi is one of the most notable chefs and authors in the world. His two-Michelin star restaurant, Noma, in Copenhagen, Denmark, was rated the Best Restaurant in the World in 2010, 2011, and 2012. As René is always looking ahead to the future, and striving to push both cuisine and the standard cookbook format to new places, he has decided to publish an innovative collection of three various sized books in one collectable set. A Work in Progress: Journal, Recipes and Snapshots includes: Noma Recipes: a cookbook with 100 brand new recipes from Noma featuring gorgeous food photography; Journal: a personal journal written by René himself exploring creativity, innovation, and the meaning of success; and Snapshots: a pocket book of candid Instagram-style snapshots recently taken by the staff behind the scenes at Noma.
