Join us for an intimate evening with David Tanis, author of the New York Times City Kitchen column and acclaimed chef and cookbook author. Tanis will discuss ONE GOOD DISH, his third cookbook and will be joined for a conversation by Joe Yonan, Food and Travel Editor at The Washington Post. Tanis's previous books, A PLATTER OF FIGS and HEART OF THE ARTICHOKE, have both been critically acclaimed and are testaments to Tanis's affinity for home cooking with simple, seasonal style. Tanis's career as a chef has taken him from Santa Fe to Paris to the Bay Area, and now he is bringing his expertise to a special event with Politics & Prose at Buck's Camping and Fishing.
