INTROSPECTION: A Beat Club Cocert
Spoke the Hub presents The Beat Club's INTROSPECTION at the Gowanus Arts Center November 16 & 17, 2013. The Beat Club won the title of People's Choice Winner at STH'S annual Winter Follies Concert.
Prepare to be taken on an emotional roller coaster as The Beat Club tackles many of life's hardships in their show "Introspection." The pieces become a closer look at how we as people deal with the human experience and how growth comes from struggle and conflict.
Under the direction of Eric Samson, The Beat Club is a family of dancers that use their creativity and positivity to "beat" life's negative pitfalls. The crew paints their stories using their palette of Hip Hop, Contemporary Dance, and commercial dance, in order to paint situations that will resonate within the audience.
