Come, Draw We 'Round a Cheerful Ring!

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Kairos will bring together both choristers and alumni to perform an all-original musical and theatre Holiday Revels production entitled Come, Draw We Round a Cheerful Ring! at 7pm on Sunday, December 20, 2020. The performance will be viewable virtually to the Bay Area and beyond. , this entirely-original show is themed around navigating life during the pandemic, providing choristers with an age-appropriate way to express all the emotions that come at this difficult time of isolation, such as sadness, anger, and fear -- with a dose of humor and laughter. It is an inspiring and uplifting story that ultimately proves that hope prevails and we are all in this together.
Viewers are invited to "Come, Draw We 'Round a Cheerful Ring!" and take a fantasy journey to medieval times to find out how a soulful, energetic troupe of friends saves the land from "Queen Covidia's" curse of darkness! Uplifting voices of Kairos children unite in song to bring you the music of Bach, Sviridov, and more, with a special nod to Beethoven on the 250th anniversary of his birth.
