SLC 12th Annual Local Foods Dinner 2020
SLC's 12th Annual Local Foods Dinner is going TO-GO style this year! Join us for our biggest fundraiser of the year, Saturday November 14th, 2020 for a one-of-a-kind event featuring local food, a virtual auction, and entertainment. We are creating multi-course meals boxed for pick-up to be enjoyed at home. All food is made in cooks and/or commercial kitchens and features ingredients from within a 100 mile radius.
Vegetarian Box Includes:
-1 Dinner Roll
-1 Cup of Creamy Winter Veggie Soup
-1 Serving of Tamale Pie
-1 Slice of Apple Dessert
Meat Box Includes:
-1 Dinner Roll
-1 Cup of Hearty Chicken Soup
-1 Serving of Shephard's Pie
-1 Slice of Apple Desert
Fresh Pressed Apple Cider + Grape Juice from the IV Gleaning Project will be on tap at both pick-up locations. Bring your own vessel to take home and enjoy!
Child, Family, and Discount options available below. When ordering, please specify what type of meal you desire and where you will be picking up your box. All packaging used is recyclable paper, compostable, or reusable glass.

3PM-5PM: Meal Box Pick-up Window in Takilma or Cave Junction
6PM-8:30PM: Virtual Auction Bidding Open! Bidding closes at 8:30PM and winners will be announced on the air at KXCJ (see below). Auction link will be emailed to all attendees next week for previewing.
7PM-9PM: Special Radio Theater and Music Show featuring local talent, many laughs and comedic relief for listeners! Broadcasted locally on KXCJ-LP 105.7fm. Available for streaming at www.kxcj.org
All proceeds from this event will allow us to continue to offer free and low-cost programs and projects in the Illinois Valley. Spiral Living Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization promoting sustainable living skills in the Illinois Valley since 2006. Find out more at www.spiralliving.org
