Bellingham City Club Program October 23rd - Vaughn Palmer
For our October 23rd program we are very pleased to welcome back to City Club Vaughn Palmer, The Vancouver Sun's award winning political affairs columnist. In addition to his thrice-weekly column for the Sun, Mr. Palmer is the legislative correspondent for global television and host of the weekly program "Voice of BC" on Shaw TV. He is also a regular commentator on radio stations CKNW in Vancouver and KUOW in Seattle.
Mr. Palmer will share his views on an extensive range of issues affecting British Columbia and Canada, including the recent provincial election, the Premier's mandate, the continuing battle over pipelines, and whether or not British Columbia should become a BANANA ("Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anybody") Republic. As always, he will be informative, interesting and entertaining.
