The Harvest Dinner Menu!! This will be a multi-course meal, featuring products donated by our Market Vendors, as well as some of the farmers themselves! The centerpiece will be a Grass-fed Roast NY Striploin from Kevin Short of Short's Family Farm, served with Heirloom White Judiones Beans from Laura Pittman-Hewitt of Ambergardens Farm, and Roasted Autumn Squash. A Wilted Kale Salad, dressed Southern-style with Herbed Vinegar from Barb Fangen of Tuset'de Mude and Heirloom Peppers. The Antipasto will include Roasted Heirloom Garlic from Ambergardens, and a selection of seasonal vegetables from what's available at the Market on Saturday! And Matt Carter of Carter's Chocolates will be doing an Apple-Caramel Napoleon with fruit from Martin Family Orchards and Local Honey. And look for other unexpected surprises gleaned from Saturday's final Farmers Market!
