Mochitsuki's 25th Anniversary! *FREE* online!

Mochitsuki is Portland's annual Japanese New Year celebration and has been a premier event in the local community since 1996. This year, 2021, is Mochitsuki's 25th anniversary!

The goal of Mochitsuki is to celebrate tradition by sharing Japanese and Japanese American culture.

We welcome you to join our 2021 free online celebration highlighting great food, performers, and activities! We will have fresh content posted every day of January, leading up to a free performance and Q&A session with Elena Moon Park.
