"WE HAVE SEEN HIS STAR" /Oakland Bay Area Community Chorus
Oakland Bay Area Community Chorus (OBACC) presents its annual Christmas concert "WE HAVE SEEN HIS STAR" on Sunday, December 14, 2008, 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2808 Lakeshore Ave., Oakland, CA. The 50-voice multicultural choir, whose mission is to preserve the African American Spiritual will sing African American Christmas spirituals. Special guests at the concert will be the Oakland Youth Chorus who will sing the spiritual "Mary Sat a Rockin" with OBACC. William (Bill) Bell also known as the "Jazz Professor" is the director of OBACC.
