As we desire to have peace and wholeness as a world, country, or community, we must start within. Our own health depends upon self care and self love, gaining clarity and limiting what we allow in from the outer world into our inner world. This becomes critical especially now in times of great external stresses!
Our workshop will illuminate self-care in various modalities as we gather with gentle movement, guided meditation and visualization, and touch on detox methods using essential oils and we will make an assortment of healing remedies to take home that are chemical-free and assist with a natural self care routine! You choose two to make and take home, additional remedies are available for a minor supply cost.
We will gather on the lawn for lunch, and then spend the rest of the afternoon in the studio making Mosaic Mandalas with Katie.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sack lunch. Everything else is provided.
Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund.
COVID-19 Safety protocol: For the safety of teachers as well as students, we will be requiring anyone in the studio taking classes or shopping, to wear masks and keep their hands clean. Students can go outside to take breaks and get fresh air during class, but must be masked at all times inside the studio. If you anticipate this being too cumbersome please wait to register for a class at a later date when these restrictions are lifted. Classes will be limited to six students as we ease into reopening. Studio and common tools will be sanitized after each workshop.
