This holiday season, Indianapolis City Market is partnering with Flat 12 Bierwerks for our annual 12 Chefs of Christmas fundraiser. 12 local chefs will be chosen to prepare dishes inspired one of the 12 holiday beers brewed by Flat 12 Bierwerks. Guests are encouraged to mill around the City Market mezzanine and enjoy what each chef has to offer while enjoying live music and delicious beer. Participating chefs will be chosen from City Market businesses as well as surrounding areas and will be encouraged to showcase their best dishes to compliment their Flat 12 brew.
This event will feature designated driver, general admission, and VIP ticket options as well as early bird special pricing starting Friday, November 15th after chefs have been selected and paired with their Flat 12 Bierwerks. On November 11th, spectators are invited to witness the pairing of the chefs with their inspirational brew in the Tomlinson Tap Room at 6:00pm. Brew Masters from Flat 12 Bierwerks will be on-hand to talk about each beers unique flavor profile. All sponsors will receive a complimentary flight thanks to Flat 12 Bierwerks as well.
