Chef's Cooking Class - Sat, Nov. 15th
Who else wants to learn the secrets to an award-winning salmon dish?
Learn to cook LITM's award-winning salmon dish just in time for the holidays. Chef Todd Villani will teach you how to make the dish that won BEST SEAFOOD at the 2008 Crab Cake Festival sponsored by the NJ Star Ledger.

On Saturday, Nov. 15th, bring your curiosity & taste buds to LITM. Class will start at 12:00 pm sharp. You'll learn the secret to his award-winning pan seared Atlantic salmon, Moroccan couscous, cauliflower puree and horseradish soy.
Plus Chef will teach Thanksgiving side dishes that'll WOW your family!
Lunch served, glass of wine, recipe cards, tote bag of goodies, interactive 2 1/2 hr class -
