5 Rhythms dance outdoors at a sacred site
Higher Up on the Downs @ Firle Beacon.
Distancing - still in contact Covid-guidance-followed dance evening.
6 - 8.30 pm.
Arrive between 6-6.15, walk at 6.15pm from car to space.
As days get shorter (reason for starting earlier), the warmth of this Indian summer makes it possible to still dance outdoors, this week will be the most sacred place of all the outdoor adventures we have had.
We will move in and around ancient burial grounds on soft grass, good for barefoot dancing, but windy.
Be prepared with plenty of wind proof layers. Even if the day will be hot (around 25 degrees?) it is always feeling colder higher up the mountain!
Bring an object that is special to you.
