Dismantling the Inner School
We all want the best possible education for our children. But sometimes the images of school we hold in our minds limit us from acting fully upon that which, deep down, we already know. We will explore some of these images together, and increase our self-confidence in helping our kids and our family pursue our dreams and aspirations. (He is currently on fire -this subject of his current book) "What gets in the way of our providing - through homeschooling - the best possible education for our children? What stands in the way? Where do we get stuck? I am convinced that the prime place we get stuck is in the images of school, education, and learning we carry around in our own minds. For those of us who were "schooled", we may never have learned "how to learn", but we certainly learned "how to teach" - we had 12 years of examples in front of us. What if were able to start afresh?
