Postcards from the Plot - exploring anthotypes
Join artist Hannah Ayre for to explore the world of anthotypes. This early form of photography uses plants and sunlight to create images. Practiced for 200 years, yet relevant today as a sustainable art form. This session is both informative and also an opportunity to share ideas. Its recommended, but not essential that you try out the technique before attending the workshop. Learn about the technique through our video and instruction sheet.
This workshop is part of Postcards from the Plot a collection of creative activities, workshops and inspiring stories exploring the the meaning and importance of allotments and growing today. The project has been made possible with funding support from the National Lottery Heritage Emergency Fund.
