World/Inferno Friendship Society
World/Inferno is a cabaret punk band from Brooklyn, merging punk, klezmer, and gospel. Boasting a lineup with members of The Hold Steady, Kid Casanova and Sticks and Stones, the pedigree most recently got a booster shot with Brian Viglione of The Dresden Dolls taking over the drums. This Weimar gang is more than a rock band with horns, it's punk rock for the masses on Halloween in 1933.
