On Becoming Older A Workshop on Aging With Joshin Sensei and with Shuka Klippel
The only certainty in life is change. Old age and death will come to us all. While we may lament the loss of certain faculties and strengths, their diminishment can deepen our capacity for growth in other unforeseen ways. Join us for an exploration of the joys, tasks and trials of aging the ultimate call to wholeness - via reflective exercises, journal writing and dyadic and group sharing.
