An Evening with Cookbook Author Mollie Katzen
Legendary cookbook author Mollie Katzen will be interviewed by TV host and NYWCA founding member Sara Moulton. They will discuss Mollie's new book, The Heart of the Plate: Vegetarian Recipes for a New Generation and examine how vegetarian food has changed from her Moosewood days in the 70s and 80s. Wine and light food will also be served.
