Sketch Slam!
This monthly show brings together NYC's funniest underground comedy writers and puts them head to head as they compete for audience laughter and votes to win a full show at The Tank. Do you wonder where writers from SNL, The Daily Show, Jimmy Fallon and other hilarious shows come from? These megawatt writers tend to be reclusively tucked away keeping their funny ideas to themselves, creating a writing packet to send to literary agents and many of these writings are never shown to mankind!
Not at Sketch Slam! Sketch Slam challenges NYC's best comedic writers to bring their best sketches forth all for all to enjoy. There is a new theme every month. Enjoy Sketch Slam from the comfort of audience chairs or submit your sketch to get involved!
