ABOUT THE EVENT:
Join us for History in The Making as Monster-Mania brings their beloved Horror Event to The Mahoning Drive-in Theater, The Worlds Greatest Drive-in!
Vendors, Guests, Music, Costume Contests and more All Day Long.. Classic Double Feature each Night after sunsets..
Be a part of the event folks will be talking about for years to come. Space is Very Limited!
Vending Hours: 1p-Sundown
Check-in / Setup: 11a-12p
* Fee Includes (2) admissions*
* Please plan to staff your booth-as it must be manned at all times*
*additional staff must purchase tickets in advance.
**In order to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 we ask that all vendors take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of staff and patrons (ie. wearing masks, sanitizing hands and work surfaces, ensuring proper social distancing practices, avoiding large crowds, line service only, etc)**
*Sales are final & non transferable.
Booth
Booth location will be determined at the discretion of The Mahoning Drive-in Theater. Vendors may be set up on grass or gravel (come prepared).
*Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, banners, weights, etc.
Please Note: This event is rain or shine and there is always a chance it could be WINDY. Please be prepared for inclement weather for you and your product *see weight policy.
Professional signs and displays are encouraged. Please list all prices clearly.
Booth sites must be staffed and open for business for the entire duration of the Festival/Event.
All areas must be kept neat, orderly and free of debris. All garbage must be deposited in receptacles throughout the day.
-No electric is available.
Payment Includes:
Fee includes use of a 10x10 space and 2 admission to the event. Payment DOES NOT INCLUDE an overnight pass for you vehicle! (Additional Tickets & Overnights available Online).
**Limit 1 10x10 space per vendor**
