The Rev. Monica Coleman on Faith and Depression
The Rev. Dr. Monica Coleman is Associate Professor of Constructive Theology and African American Religions and Co-Director of the Center for Process Studies at Claremont School of Theology in southern California. She is also Associate Professor of Religion at Claremont Graduate University and is ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
In Not Alone: Reflections on Faith and Depression, Monica Coleman helps the reader wrestle with and explore depression from within a spiritual context. She has also written about the church's response to sexual violence in The Dina Project: a Handbook for Congregational Response to Sexual Violence.
