Sourdough bread can seem intimidating, but this class will break down each step and offer lots of support to ensure a delicious, crusty loaf every time!
The class includes a five quart, Lodge cast iron dutch oven that can be used for baking, sauteeing, grilling and deep frying. You will love this beautiful pan. (We'll talk about caring for cast iron, too.)
The class also includes a sourdough starter, flour, a recipe and the virtual class. Log-ins will take place intermittently throughout Sunday, October 4, starting at 10 am, ending with you having a steaming, beautiful loaf of bread ready by 5 pm. Each log-in will take approximately 15 minutes of 'active time,' but Lisa will be available to answer any additional questions if you have them. (In other words, you will not be chained to the oven for seven hours.)
PLEASE NOTE: Mobile ticketing (purchases through your phone) are not available for this event. You must purchase tickets through a computer. Sorry for the inconvenience!
