Beer Dinner Featuring Giant Jones Brewing
Intimate five course dinner featuring Riemer Family Farm, Giant Jones Brewing, and our very own garden. In order to stay safe and maintain social distancing we will be selling only 25 tickets. Better hurry and get yours now!
First Course-Pale Weizenbock-Seared scallop, on top of a sweet corn puree, crisp rendered bacon, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze with popcorn.
Second Course-American Belgo DIPA-Stone Fruit Salad with grilled peaches, balsamic cherries, on top of spring mix lettuce with a toss of lemon vinaigrette, topped with manchego cheese and toasted almonds.
Third Course-Dark Weizenbock-Seared salmon served over a succotash of corn, roasted cherry tomatoes,and green beans that has been tossed with pesto. Topped with a petite salad of microgreens and pickled radish.
Fourth Course- Double Red Ale-Seared hanger steak served over sauteed broccoli rabe, draped with Bearnaise sauce.
Fifth Course- Alt Lager- Goat cheese cherry cheesecake, graham cracker crumble, whipped cream.
