Improvaganza Presents Paris Tales, Shades of Brown, and Dicks and Jane
On Saturday September 28, Improvaganza Hawaii Festival of Improv presents "Paris Tales, Shades of Brown and Dicks and Jane at Kumu Kahua Theatre Show starts at 8:00pm.
This performance is a part of the 8th annual Improvaganza Hawaii Festival of Improv. Our International act takes the stage as the "Parisian Gentleman of Paris: perform their signature show Paris Tales. Also performing is "Shades of Brown" doing their Spanish soap opera and Honolulu's own "Dicks and Jane" Show Start at 8:00pm. Kumu Kahua Theatre is Located at 46 Merchant Street

Paris Tales - Paris France
Improvaganza is pleased to welcome this year's international act from Paris France, The Parisian Gentleman of Paris with their show Paris Tales. The show is a collection of improvised scenes with elements of storytelling, physical theatre, monologues, clown, poetry, songs, theatre of the absurd and audience participation ...all inspired by Paris! It is an invitation to discover and explore the characters and the secrets, the stories and the atmospheres, the clichés and the harsh truth of the fascinating and eternal City of Light, of Paris.
Shades of Brown - Austin TX
Shades of Brown will be performing the Spanish soap opera inspired format, called the The Novela. In true TV Novela style, the show is guaranteed to have the elements of love, lust, murder, jealousy, anger, crying, and the supernatural. The audience suggestion will provide the name for the show as well as the inspiration for the story.
Dicks and Jane: Karma - Honolulu HI
Honolulu improv troupe Dick's and Jane presents their signature long form Format "Karma." Karma is a conglomeration of ideas and concepts imparted by many renowned improvisers from Hawaii and Chicago. Meant to be a source of entertainment for all audiences, Karma explores causal links between relationships. The actions and inactions of each scene's characters affect the characters that follow.
