Wega Drive Up Movie Nights
Wega Arts presents Drive In Style Movies at the Waupaca County Fairgrounds in Weyauwega
Friday, August 7th JURASSIC PARK followed by GREASE
Saturday, August 8th MEN IN BLACK followed by AMERICAN GRAFFITI
Tickets are $25 per carload for each night of films. (Up to six persons, $5 per extra person) Please purchase your tickets online to make entrance faster and easier. We will also have tickets available at the gate.
The fairgrounds will open at 7pm and the movies will start at dusk (about 8:15pm). Please enter the fairgrounds on Elizabeth Street.
Concessions and beer will be available, no carry ins please. Credit cards preferred but we will accept cash. We will have popcorn, candy, frozen treats, nachos, hot dogs (veggie dogs too!), a pulled pork sandwich plate and soda, water and beer.
Cars will be safely distanced and each car will have their own space to sit outside your car if you wish. You may sit directly in front of or behind your car, not to the side. All patrons must stay in their area unless visiting the Bathrooms or Concession Stand.
Movie Sound will be transmitted through your FM radio. We recommend bringing a portable radio if you wish to sit outside and you will also be less likely to run down your car battery.
Spaces will be available first come first serve. Pick-up trucks and vans must park in the last two rows.
Due to safety and distancing restrictions we can only allow 80 cars per night so get your tickets early!
MASK POLICY: Face masks are recommended at all times (especially if you sit outside your car) but are mandatory for anyone coming to the concession stand or bathroom. You cannot leave your space without a mask.
SAFETY POLICY: All staff will be masked and we will be following strict guidelines with social distancing and limited persons in the bathrooms. Patrons must stay in their space by their car unless visiting bathrooms or the concession stand. If anyone is feeling ill please do not come to the drive in.
TRASH: We ask that you please carry out your own trash but we will still have trash cans available.
RAIN DATES: There are no rain dates scheduled at this time. We will be showing movies rain or shine, no refunds.
