An Evening with Actor and Singer Song Writer Dennis Quaid at The Kodiak State Fair Grounds August 21st and 22nd
Dennis Quaid is best known as an actor starring in films such as "The Right Stuff", "Great Balls of Fire", "Frequency", "The Day After Tomorrow". In addition to acting, Quaid is a passionate musician, singer, and songwriter. He wrote and performed the song "Closer to You" in the film "The Big Easy". He also wrote the song "On My Way to Heaven," dedicated to his mother and included in the film I Can Only Imagine.
Nothing But Karma will be opening the show.
DETAILS:
** Tickets are very limited so we can allow for social distancing.
** This is an acoustic concert.
** Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and music starts at 8:00 p.m. (After the races are done).
** This is an all ages show but kids have to be
with a legal parent or guardian.
** Some bench seating is available & you can bring chairs.
** No outside food or drink is allowed. We'll have a beer garden
Food
** If you have special needs, please let us know and we'll
accommodate you the best we can.
** No big purses, backpacks or bags are allowed, clutch purses
are o.k.
** The show is rain or shine. No refunds for this event.
For safety, please bring your masks. There will be plenty of room for social distancing.
