THE LOCATION
The Park-it Movie Night will take place at Hampton Lumber's sawmill in Tillamook, Oregon. Hampton is a fourth generation family-owned company with a deep commitment to people, community, and sustainability. Today, the company manages over 140,000 acres of forestland and operates ten mills throughout Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. Hampton has operated the sawmill in Tillamook since 1986. Today the mill employs nearly 150 people and processes hemlock logs harvested from nearby public and private forestlands into building products that are used far and wide. Hampton prides itself on making the most out of local resources. 100% of a log is used when processed at a Hampton sawmill.  What doesn't become lumber is used for biofuel, pulp, paper, particle board or agricultural purposes.
