Slow Food Miami's Hidden Kitchen Series is a chance to experience an intimate evening with a celebrated chef in a special setting.
Please join us for a celebratory evening of culinary adventure to usher in the 2013-14 season and to celebrate the appointment of our new Hidden Kitchen Director, Cynthia Seaman who is also celebrating Lasso the Moon's 16 year anniversary! It will be an evening not to be missed.
Theme: "Summer Travel Log" - from Santa Fe to the South of France, enjoy the flavors of travel.
An array of small plates and stations for a festive and social dining experience.
When: Monday, September 16th beginning at 6:30pm for cocktails
Where: In the Grove. Location disclosed to ticket purchasers. There will be an element of surprise at this venue that you won't want to miss!
Featuring: Delicious food by Lasso the Moon plus Grey Goose cocktails and specialty wine-pairings from Vinecraft.
All proceeds will benefit Slow Food Miami's Edible Garden Program.
